At Your Service

Tenant service is critically important to us at Yonge Corporate Centre. As part of our continued commitment to Tenant Service, we've listed below some general information and service request procedures to assist you when a service need arises. 

 

 

What is a standard Service Request? They can be maintenance related items such as:

  • A burned out light
  • Office temperature too hot/cold
  • Special cleaning requests, i.e. additional recycling/garbage bins
  • Washroom supplies replenishment
  • Water leaks
  • Other

Most service requests are included as part of normal rent, but some additional requests may be billable. In such cases, tenant authorization is required in advance of the work commencing. We endeavour to complete all service requests in a timely manner, but if we are unable to complete the task within 24 hours, we will provide the tenant with an estimated date of completion.

What additional, billable maintenance services are offered?

  • Painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical
  • For more information on all additional services offered, including quotations and hourly labour rates, please contact our Operations Manager, Gino DiTomasso at 146-250-3146.

Business Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., holidays excepted.

For general service information, please contact our Office Administrator at 416-222-5100 during normal business hours. After business hours, all calls will be forwarded to to our 24/7 Security Desk located in the main lobby of 4100 Yonge Street.
